TEMPLE of JUSTICE: Justice in Chamber Yamie Gbersy has placed a temporary stay order on the case involving former Finance Minister Samuel Tweah and others.

The Justice decision comes after a petition for a writ of certiorari prayed for by the state prosecutors against criminal court “C” resident judge A. Blamo Dixon and the defendant Surety.

The state argues that the bond (properties bond ) filed is insufficient to represent the defendants in any jurisprudence.

However, the justice in the Chamber has cited the parties for a conference slated for Tuesday, December 10.
